• Drilled out all original rivets and removed aircraft windshield. Inspected, cleaned and primed channel area. Replaced windshield with new clear windshield LP Aero Part # 345.

• Removed Open-able pilot door window from frame and removed old glass. Cleaned, inspected and primed frame with zinc chromate. Installed new Cessna Seal part number 0711051-5 & LP Aero window number 369 in frame and secured with Cherry Max rivets.

• Removed fixed co-pilot door window from frame and discarded old glass. Cleaned, inspected and primed frame with zinc chromate. Lubricated lock assembly and installed new screws. Installed new LP Aero window # 375 & Cessna sealant U000758 in frame using and secured with Cherry Max rivets.

• Removed right rear window from fuselage and discarded. Cleaned, inspected channel area. Trimmed new LP Aero window #386 window for fit and installed with Cessna sealant #U000758. Secured with solid structural rivets per original.

• Removed left rear window from fuselage and discarded. Cleaned, inspected channel area. Trimmed new LP Aero window #385 window for fit and installed with Cessna sealant #U000758. Secured with solid structural rivets per original.

• Removed rear window retaining frame and removed old glass. Cleaned, inspected and primed frame with zinc chromate. Installed new LP Aero window #389 in frame using Cessna seal strip #0711051-5and LP Aero Felt, and secured with solid rivets.

• Removed landing light lens frame and lens glass. Clean, inspected and primed frame with zinc chromate. Replaced landing lens with new LP Aero part #373

• Removed all mounting hardware for landing lights and cleaned, inspected and primed with zinc chromate. Painted retaining frames with aluminum high temperature paint (A-207). Installed two new lamps GE Part #4509.

• Removed original AN Attitude gyro and discarded. Installed new Attitude Gyro RC Allen # RCA22-7.

• Removed original mounts for instrument panel and discarded. Installed new shock mounts in all instrument locations. Part # 10-14700

• Fabricated and installed cover plate for original avionics ram air inlet and riveted in place. Installed new AmeriKing AK950FI Avionics cooling fan and plumbed to Garmin 430 per manufacturers instructions.

• Removed all avionics, circuit breakers, wiring & switches and discarded.

• Installed new Garmin GMA 340 Audio Panel, Intercom, 3 Light Marker Beacon per manufacturers instructions.

• Removed cleaned and primed defog vent and avionics register. Removed glove box, cleaned, inspected and primed with zinc chromate. Lubricated hinge, installed new hardware and painted with 400 degree aluminum engine enamel (A-207)

• Removed original starter and discarded. Installed new Skytec C12ST1 lightweight starter per manufacturers specifications.

• Removed original cylinder assemblies and stored as serviceable. Installed Six New SA10200-A20P Millennium Cylinders.

• Removed Engine. Removed all accessories and disassembled engine. Engine case sent out for complete cleaning and inspection. Crankshaft, case, & camshaft dimensioned. All within new specifications.

• Removed Slick 664 Magnetos & harness and installed two new Slick K-6327 Magnetos and harnesses.

• Removed propeller, cleaned and inspected. Dressed propeller, primed with zinc chromate and painted with Centari Black paint. Applied labels per manufacturers original.

• Replaced 3 Anchor Nuts on spinner plates Bulkhead Forward & 3 Anchor Nuts on spinner plates Bulkhead Rear. Cleaned & Primed with Zinc Chromate.

• Cleaned, inspected, lubricated and adjusted carburetor box. Patched small area per AC 43.13 & primed with zinc chromate.

• Cleaned all Baffle Aluminum and Primed with Zinc Chromate and painted with 400 degree aluminum engine enamel (A-207). Installed new baffle seal per original using baffle Seal 05-00810 & Button head rivets 05-56100.
• Removed left & right fuel tank drain valves and replaced with new #CAV170 valves.

• Removed & Replaced battery drain pipe. Cleaned and inspected and primed with zinc chromate and final paint with Imron 508x and V192S activator. Reinstalled on aircraft with new mounting bracket, new connecting hose and new clamps.

• Sanded Main & Nose Gear wheel pants and inspected for cracks (non found).

• Cleaned surface rust from all firewall surfaces, primed lower half with zinc chromate and final paint with Imron 508x & V192S activator. Polished upper stainless area. Painted lower firewall, propeller spinner plates and door interior handles with Imron 508x & V192s activator.

• Removed Cowling Top & Bottom cleaned and inspected. Replaced 14 anchor nuts around cowling assembly.

• Removed all four bushings and bearings in horizontal stabilizer assembly and replaced with new Cessna part # 0532104. Mounted Stabilizer on fuselage and installed with new mounting bolts and nuts. Installed new weather stripping per original.

• Removed all three bushings and bearings in vertical stabilizer assembly and replaced with new Cessna part # 0532104. Mounted Stabilizer on fuselage and installed with new mounting bolts and nuts.

• Removed, inspected and cleaned trim actuator assembly. Lubricated mechanism and painted with Imron paint. Reinstalled in horizontal stabilizer with new mounting bolts.

• Removed, inspected and discarded original rear trim chain and replaced with new McFarland Aviation FAA-PMA part # MCS2295-25-67 & MCS2294-25. Installed with new attaching master links and new cable assemblies using McFarland Aviation FAA-PMA part #’s MC0510105-44 & MC0510105-45.

• Drilled out old rivets and mounted new FAA-PMA Texas Aeroplastics elevator tips part’s #28-09L & 28-09R, using cherry max rivets.

• Drilled out old rivets and mounted new FAA-PMA Texas Aeroplastics horizontal stabilizer tips part’s #28-10, using cherry max rivets.

• Drilled out old rivets and mounted new FAA-PMA Texas Aeroplastics wing strut fairings part #28-07.

• Removed factory rotating beacon and discarded. Installed Whelan strobe beacon per manufacturers instructions.

• Removed all pulleys, inspected and lubricated as needed. Replaced all mounting bolts, washers and nuts with new. Replaced pulleys as needed.

• Installed new SKAT tubing per original for fresh air and heat in cabin area.

• Installed new Position lights left & right W1285-PR/G-14V

• Removed nose wheel strut assembly. Found cracked mounting cap & discarded. Completely disassembled cleaned and inspected nose assembly and reassembled with new seals using kit JMCNS1. Primed with zinc chromate and final painted with Imron 508-x and V192S activator. Reinstalled on aircraft with new Cessna mounting cap part #0543018-1, shimmed per Cessna service manual, filled with MIL-H-5606 oil and air. Tested and found no leaks.

• Installed New Cleveland Conversion kit 199-46C. Primed new left & right main wheel part # 4097A (chrome) with zinc chromate, final painted with Imron 508-X & V192S activator and installed with new brakes part # 30-63A, bushings & bearings part # 145-01000on aircraft per Cleveland bulletin. Used all new AN mounting hardware as per original.

• Installed new main tires and tubes using Airtrac 6.00x6 Tire/Tubes

• Removed wheel pant mounting brackets and discarded (cracks). Installed new brackets with new hardware as per original. Primed with zinc chromate.

• Removed old nose tire & tube, wheel bearings and races. Cleaned, inspected and primed wheels with zinc chromate. Final painted with Imron 508-X & V192S activator. Installed new wheel bearings part # LM67048XL, races part # LM67010XL, and Airtrac 5.00x 5 tire & tube.

• Removed left & right brake lines from fuselage union to caliper and discarded. Fabricated new line using 1/4” Aluminum Tubing. Modified original to accommodate flexible hose per Cleveland Wheel & Brake kit.

• Removed steps from landing gear, cleaned inspected and painted with zinc chromate. Reinstalled using new mounting hardware per original equipment.

• Removed original steering rod boots and discarded. Removed steering rods, cleaned and inspected. Primed with Zinc chromate and painted with Imron 508-x and activator V192S. Lubricated and re-installed new Kevlar steering rods using FAA-PMA McFarland Aviation part MC0543015-6. Cleaned, inspected and primed retention plates for steering rods.

• Removed and discarded original Nose Strut rod ends and replaced with new part #S1823-3.

• Removed disassembled, cleaned and inspected nose wheel shimmy damper. Rebuilt with new 'o' rings and filled with MIL 6606 hydraulic fluid. Reinstalled with new mounting hardware.

• Removed original left & right wheel pant mounting plate and discarded as cracked. Replaced with serviceable plates and new mounting hardware.

· Fabricated & Installed right fuel line Cessna # 0500106-177from selector to coupler.

• Removed, disassembled, rebuilt & reinstalled fuel selector.

• Removed, disassembled, rebuilt & reinstalled both master brake cylinders using new mounting hardware and Loc-o-seal 800-001-6 and MS28775-110 master seal.

• Fabricated and installed new Left & Right flexible brake lines at cylinders using AeroQuip 303-4 Hose & 491-4 Fittings.

• Removed original flexible engine compartment fuel line and discarded. Fabricated and installed new flexible 1/2" line.

• Fabricated and installed new fuel line Cessna # 0500106-344from Fuel Selector to firewall.

• Removed, cleaned, inspected and replaced Air/Oil Separator line. Primed with Zinc Chromate.

• Removed gasolator, disassembled, cleaned and inspected and reassembled with new spring 0851583-3 and seals.

• Removed Fuel Tank from left-hand wing. Removed and discarded all old screws for sending unit and fuel inlet. Replaced fuel sending unit with New and replaced all gaskets with new. Installed tank back in wing with new mounting rubber and replaced cover with all new screws.

• Removed Fuel right-hand wing. Removed and discarded all old screws for sending unit and fuel inlet. Replaced all gaskets with new. Installed tank back in wing with new mounting rubber and replaced cover with all new screws.

• Installed new placard on flap handle as per original

• Installed headset jacks for pilot, copilot and passenger locations. Wired PTT for Pilot/Co-Pilot control yolks.

• Installed new placard on fuel selector as per original.

• Removed line assembly part # 0500106-83, fuel tank to union inspected and discarded. Fabricated and installed new line with new fittings per original.

• Removed line assembly part # 0500106-179, union to union (Pillar - LH), inspected and discarded. Fabricated and installed new line with new fittings per original.

• Removed line assembly part # 0500106-178, union to union (Pillar - RH), inspected and discarded. Fabricated and installed new line with new fittings per original.

• Removed line assembly part # 0500106-177, union to selector - RH, inspected and discarded. Fabricated and installed new line with new fittings per original.

• Removed line assembly part # 0500106-189, union to selector - LH, inspected and discarded. Fabricated and installed new line with new fittings per original.

• Removed line assembly part # 0500106-344, selector to firewall, inspected and discarded. Fabricated and installed new line with new fittings per original.

• Removed original compass and discarded. Installed new compass and wired lamp to instrument lighting breaker.

• Removed cracked door handle mount in pilots door and riveted factory new door handle mount as replacement.

• Installed new cabin speaker and wired as per original.

• Ran new wiring for all Nav lights, Landing and Taxi lights, gas gauges and stall warning. Included spare wire from circuit panel area to pitot tube for future heated pitot upgrade.

• Fabricated and installed new pitot tube and new plastic feed from airspeed indicator to wing root as per original.

• Fabricated and installed new static system as per original.

• Installed overhauled exhaust, Dawley Aviation work order # 67899, on engine and braced per original.
